Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, purchases are not eligible for a refund.

However in certain circumstances we will try and make exceptions. For any items to be eligible for a refund, you must contact the store within 2 hours of delivery. The item must unopened and in its original condition.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way upon delivery, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
